What pressure do you have at the pump outlet and what pressure do you have at the first and last outlet? Your description is missing some information. Unless you have artesian flow from the well only a pump can produce pressure and flow. Only a very long water line with too small a diameter saps the pressure that the pump produces(friction loss) and also any irrigation outlets along the way. Some well setups use a pressure tank system to make sure pressure stays at a required pressure for your system. The pump will cycle on and off with using low and high pressure limit switches. If you mean your water pump is cycling on and off while watering, you can install a water flow switch. It is installed in the water line and senses water flow. It is wired into the pressure switch and over-rides it until no flow is detected. Graingers carries them.
