Hi all!

So I have my drip irrigation set up (see photo) -- the 5/8" drip tape is from last year - it seemed to be dripping fine.

I ran it for a VERY long time and the water didn't spread very far and there was a huge puddle in the driveway.

My thought is that the ends aren't properly closed off - I have them folded and pinched with loop of tubing around it. So I'm thinking the water is leaking out the end too much.

Does this sound right to you?

So I'm looking at ends and see 2 options for 5/8" drip tape:
--"Drip Tape Connector End" at $1 each
--"Drip Tape Sleeve End" at .20 each

I plan on doing at bunch more garden beds w/ drip irrigation so the would rather not spend $100 on ends.

Have any of you used "Drip Tape Sleeve End" ? Does it work ok or should I get the Connector End?
