We are reworking our irrigation this year. Last few years we ran a pto pump and overhead sprinklers. The issue with that was fuel. It was costing around 20.00 a week to pump water. This year we wanted to build something simpler that the ladies can run when I am not around. Our longest run is about 300 foot from where I want to put the pump. Almost flat ground.

I read about people using the 3/4 hp pump from harbor freight that has a pressure tank on it. The irrigation we are running is similar to t tape needing only 12 psi and 5 gpm. Any thoughts on the pump? It was dirt cheap and I am sure the quality is similar, but for 100.00 with a two year replacement warranty, had to give it a shot.
