We're really interested in setting up trellises using cattle/hog panels. Most folk talk about arching them into a trellis. Has anyone tried them as a single wall trellis (cut them to size, set up end posts and tie the panel to the posts) and if so how did it work out? It seems like arching would use more space and decrease the number of plants you could get in, but maybe you can plant under the arch. Also, do you have better way of setting up a trellis besides panels?
