Recalibrating irrigation heads?

Hello I had a new underground spriinkler system installed in sept of last year. I have 3 zones with 4 heads per zone. The sprinkler man just came out to start it up after winterizing it in the fall. When I checked the coverage of the 3 zones there are a few areas that are not getting enough or any water. I was under the impression that a new system when installed in the fall usually has some head movement over the first winter and should be recalibrated in the spring am I correct? I suppose it doesn't make much difference since the water coverage isn't correct but am wondering if this should be a standard thing to do.

Thanks
