2 out of 7 sprinklers working in a zone.

I have one zone with 7 sprinklers that worked fine yesterday. I replaced one fixed head and one rotary, tested the zone and everything worked like it was supposed to. Easy peasy so I thought...

This morning when I went to run the zone, only two of the sprinklers came on. Of the two that worked, they had great pressure but the other 5 didn't popup at all. The two that worked were the rotary heads in the front yard and the other 5 fixed heads along the easement by the road failed to popup...

Any thoughts at a starting point to diagnose what could cause something like this to happen within hours of them working just the night before?
