To save ourselves some money my husband and I decided this year to start up our sprinkler system ourselves. We googled, watched videos, read start up step by steps, but are stumped as to what we are doing wrong.

The water is getting to the system but it stops at the in ground valve box outside and floods, this happens both front and back. We opened each in ground valve box and it looks like all the valves are open but the water still floods up there and no sprinkler heads pop out to water the lawn.

The electronic control system box in out basement says there should be water coming out of the heads but it just wells up on the valve box. The exterior of these in ground valve boxes says âÂÂArmor Access BoxâÂÂ. We looked at their website:

But we still cannot figure out what we are doing wrong. It looks like all the valves are open but we are obviously missing something.
