Irritrol controller misbehaving

I am testing my 2 year old Irritrol controller.

When I manually set, for ex, zone 8 to turn on, zone 3 also turns on at the same time. Zone 3 also turns on when I turn on zone 6. It is not happening with other zones.

Zone 3 and 6 are adjacent, but zone 8 is in another area.

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.
