No pressure, checked for leaks

Turned the sprinkler system (Rain Bird) on today after replacing a valve and there's no pressure to get the sprinkler heads to pop up.

When the spinkler water line is open, water is continuously flowing through the pipes (hear it in the basement).

I did let the water fill the pipes in the system (yard) but it's non-stop.

Without even turning on a manual program to the front yard, water is just trickling through each sprinkler head.

When I manually run the front yard, the pop ups aren't coming up.

I checked for leaks and just found one mushy area but it was a sprinkler head that was just leaking out so replaced that but still doesn't matter.

And oddly, two sprinkler heads in the backyard are just coming on constantly (and they are on a different system).

I'm at my wits end and don't know what else to do.

I don't know if it's eletrical (the system), some pressure in the pipes, a leak somewhere else.

Please advise.

Thanks!
