Watering while on vacation

Hi all,

I'm a relatively inexperienced gardener so please bear with me.

I have some young tomato plants (about 18 plants) that I've been growing from seed on my screened in porch. They don't seem big enough to transplant in the veg garden yet, but I'm going out of town for 4-5 days soon and I'm worrying about how to water them while I'm away. Typically, they get a bit of water every other day or so and they seem to be doing fine with that routine. I just recently potted them up from their plastic seedling containers to 4 inch peat containers (the ones that soak up water and hold it for while).

Would it be completely crazy of me to assume that they'd be okay for that amount of time without water? They only get direct sun for part of the day at the moment.

The problem is there are so many of them that doing a string/bucket system or bagging them seems like a waste of time if its not needed. But I also don't want to murder my baby plants that I've worked so hard on either =(

Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated!!
