How to find a leak (when we can't see it above ground)

Help! One of the boxes for our irrigation system is full of water and starting to overflow. We don't have any wet spots in our yard and have (as far as we know) turned off all the valves. It's leaking somewhere though--we just can't figure out where. Anyone have any tips on how to find the source of the leak?

What is in the box? Did you turn off the main valve? What happens? Describe your entire irrigation system and explain where the wet box is located within that system. Are you using a vacuum breaker backflow control with each valve?
