Anyone every use this cheap injector?

I have been spending way to much time watering my small veggie garden, and my fertilizing has been sporadic at best and absent at worst. So I am hoping to set up a simple, affordable drip irrigation system. While researching, I came across this cheap filter/fertilizer injector:

The two reviews are promising, but there are only two...
Anyone have any knowledge of this product? I was hoping I could use it as an easy way to deliver the liquid foliage pro to my small veggie garden. I can't spend more than $100 putting together this drip system, so it would be awesome if this would work.

I doubt it works well controlling the rate of fertilizer application. Hold out for a better one.
