I have an old Richdel 304A system which is no longer automatically kicking the sprinklers on.

The time dial moves around as expected until the tripper gear hits the circuit selector knob... then it seems to get stuck like it doesn't have enough "oomph" to move any further. As such, the sprinklers never trigger.

If I manually advance the dial, the sprinklers go on. In addition, switching the system to "manual" from automatic also works correctly.

Is my motor the problem most likely? Yeah, this thing should just be replaced entirely I suppose. Am a renter and will contact my landlord, but was hoping there might be an easy fix.
