If you have the owners manual suggest you look up the process to reset the controller. But, that will clear all your settings and require you to re-program the unit (you should write down all the programming info first). It's possible the unit is fried. Recommend you change the battery first, then do the reset. I'm still not sure what the battery does, but mine acted up earlier this year. Changed the battery which was dead, then had to do the reset procedure to get everything to work correctly.

Do all your zones turn on when you plug our timer in or all they all trying to come on when you turn your water on?

If it is when you turn the water on it is telling me the issue is with the valves. If it is when you plug your timer in then it is electrical.
