Submersible Pump from Ditch to Drip

I have a drainage ditch running through our backyard which gets water runoff from people uphill watering their lawns etc and want to pump water from it to a drip system I have that will feed 11 trees. Each tree has two 2 GPH drips, so total capacity of 44 GPH needed @ 15 PSI according to the drip head specs.

The ditch is about 20 feet down and so the water needs to be pumped up from that and then circulated through the drip piping which is around 150 feet long. The deepest part of the water in the ditch is about 1 foot and there is silt accumulation at the bottom. The water flows at a fairly low pace so I want to try to avoid overpumping.

Does anyone have any recommendations on size of submersible pump I should get and how to keep it from getting clogged up with silt?

Thanks!
