Ultima 6 station sprinkler controller???

Hi,

Has anyone heard of this model of sprinkler controller?? We're trying to determine how to re-program my elderly parent's sprinkler controller system. They lost the instructions and all they can tell us about it is that it's called Ultima model #306 and it's a 6 station controller. We can't find any information about this on line. If anyone can tell us what the brand name is or point us in the right direction, we would greatly appreciate it. Thanks so much
