Today I was given a junky sprinkler timer, i do not want this one to work but would like to find out some info on it

It says "Cloud 9" command controller it appears to power the valve via 120 AC power with 9 volt battery backup and controller backup by a AAA battery (the whole system could operate) Another thing it has a port to plug a anteana or some sort of head phone plug type thing into. It also has a sticker on te side that says "transmit" any body know what this thing is or what it was used for? Any info would be appreciated. {{gwi:329697}}
