Earthbox container with drip irrigation

Hi I have 3 earthbox containers that I would like to have automatically watered using my drip irrigation system (rain bird) each container needs to be filled up 3 gallons per day. I have a Ã¯Â¿Â½ inch irrigation tube that currently isn't hooked up to anything. How would you experts advise me to proceed? What tubing or connectors should I use to hook to the Ã¯Â¿Â½ inch tube. Thanks in advance.
