We have a small front yeard (1400 sq ft) and have these three options. We feel a little overwhlemed and aren't sure which is best. Can anyone give their opinions please?

1) Total $1200
RainBird ESP Modular control
RainBird rain sensor
Hunter PGP-ADJ 4" pop up Arc rotor heads - 5 to 6
Back flow, values, poly pipe, plumbing
2 years labor and parts warranty

2) Total $1280
Hunter Pro-C controller (6 station)
Rain Sensor
Hunter rotary heads - 5
Back flow, values, poly pipe, plumbing
3 years labor and parts warranty

3) $975
Hunter 1 station "Node" 9 volt controller
1 zone with Hunter PGV value
Hunter Ultra sprinklers
Back flow, values, poly pipe, plumbing
2 years labor and parts warranty
(no rain sensor)

So we have electrical vs. battery operated controller differences and one guy doesn't think we need the rain sensor (while the other two have included it).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
