The only suggestion I can think of is to make one either of wood, copper, plastic or fiberglass. I would have a better idea if I saw a picture of it. It would be an interesting DIY project to come up with an interesting design and construction. Aloha.

I am certain you are looking for the EcoSpout! The product was invented and patented by Walt Harman in Columbus, Ohio. It was available at a few national retailers and garden stores. Best wishes for company's growth in the future. I didn't see any spouts that worked with a milk carton. I still think this would be DIY project using wire, metal(copper) or maybe wood as the spout material. Something beside plastic. Aloha.
