Thanks for the response lehua13. I actually found a manual that was for a newer version on line, but was close enough to use. It actually took more time to mount the box, because it's larger, than it did to rewire. It's been working like a charm. The biggest thing has been trying to find a rechargeable battery that is the correct voltage.

Now if I could get some kind of computer operated controller on my Mom's sprinklers. She is still having issues in learning how to program her new controller. LOL!
