It sounds like this zone is using more water than the other two.
You might consider installing check valves in the heads so the water won't drain out after that zone shuts off.

Really need more infomation. When does the valve make the noise? are the valves side by side (are they off the same supply)? what does gushing occur (when the valves are running, or first coming on or off, etc)? the previous reply suggested using check valves. this would mean that the noise is happening after the valve shuts off (and the water drains to the lowest head)
