Hello everyone. Recently I bought an orbit 2 zone water timer to serve two different areas of my garden. Zone 1 will have my vegetables, which as of right now is set to 3 rows of 20' feet long in raised beds. Zone 2 as of right now consists of 1 bare root peach tree, but I plan on increasing it o 4 trees (1 fig, and two other fruits) before the end of this year.

Right now, I'm really at a loss for how to set up the timer. I have soaker hoses from home depot that will I connect. I was planning on setting the timer to 15 minutes everyday for the vegetables and 15 minutes every other day for the bare root peach tree, but I would like to know how you guys do it.

As for my peach tree, I'm planning on putting the soaker hose around the tree and then putting mulch on top of that. Is that recommended or should I put the soaker hose on top of the mulch?
