Tips for a new system

Howdy. I am looking for tips and advice on installing a new sprinkler system at my home. I have taken all the measurements and I put them into the Orbits designer program. The Orbits company will then produce a system parts list specifically for my property which should help cut down on major mistakes (crosses fingers). Any tips for any newbie?
