linked soaker hoses not watering

I have two garden areas in my backyard - one raised bed and a in ground bed. There's about 15 feet in between the two beds. I have a feeder hose from the faucet to the first soaker hose. It's 25 feet long. Then I have a 25 foot hose connecting the first soaker hose to the 2nd soaker hose. Now - the first soaker hose has water running through it but it doesn't drip out onto the soil. The second soaker host, though, works just fine. The water drips appropriately. Any thought why the first soaker hose wouldn't work but the second would? Thoughts on how to irrigate the two beds a different way?

Just a thought maybe some of the holes are plugged up I don't remember how some one said they unplugged theirs,either by flushing with water or checking each hole then using a small nail or something to clear the dirt out
