Running a drip irrigation line (1/2") around garage

I have large container planters flanking both sides of my garage. The nearest faucet is about 50 feet away. Is it possible for me to run a 1/2" irrigation line up and around my garage using some sort of elbows so that I can have plants on both sides watered? I would have to find a way to secure the line to the garage.

Or is there any tye of cover that I could put on the line so that I could lay it straight across the opening to my garage and run over it regularly with my car? I know that's a stretch, but I thought I'd ask...Or is there another solution?

Look at a Rain-bird patio watering system. Can attach to a faucet or hose end, and incorporate 1/2' drip tube with emitters as far apart as you need.

I use one to water 18 containers on a sidewalk. It has a built-in fillter and pressure regulator.
