Quick Release Connectors that don't leak

Can anyone recommend some that don't leak? It seems everything I have tried does not give a good connection but alway leaks water around the junction?

I have tried putting washers in both sides and not, it seems it is the connection itself. The Melnor ones, the ones that are brass, it does not seem to matter. Is there a good brand.

My $0.02 worth is you generally get what you pay for in the irrigation world. Fittings are evaluated all the time for the main producers of irrigation equipment and fittings. The main thing to look for is the O-Rings. Make sure they exist and make sure they are in good condition and check them periodically. The O-Ring from the ones that leak are usually defective or not there. JMHO
