Underground culvert- collection box pump help

We have an underground spring that is routed through a culvert pipe. We recently had a new collection box installed. Is there a manual hand pump that can withstand being outdoors ? The depth to the bottom of the box is not more than 6 feet and there is always water running through ( 3 inches or so)

thank you for your advice. It would be a plus if the pump had ornamental qualities as well as functional attributes for the garden.

Hi carol,

Your post is somewhat confusing. Is the collection box 6 feet deep with only 3 inches of water in it. Where is the water flowing to when it exits the box? What is the box made of? Please remember we haven't seen what you have seen. Describe the entire system starting from the artesian well with diameters and depth to top of water surface. Do you know the flow rate of the well or want to find out? A source for antique pumps might be ebay or craigslist as well as a google search. Aloha
