Irragation/drainage quote?

Hi,

First time homeowner. Have a planned grass area of 297'X 15'. Also need 3 drainage pipes installed from down spouts that have 50, 30 and 15 foot runs. I have been quoted $4000 to have the drainage and a Rainbird irrigation installed. Is this price consistant with what other people have experienced. Thanks in advance for anyones feedback.

I live in MA and recently purchased irrigation for ~20,000 ft^2 of lawn (7 zones ~30 heads) at $2800. Hunter sprayer and Rainbird ESP modular controller. They use a ditch witch and the lawn is barely damage from the install. This guy has done most of the neighborhood and was readily refered even though he was half of all of the other quotes.
