Hunter Pro-C cycling twice

My Hunter Pro-c sprinkler system is cycling twice through the program A I have set. Its been doing this for a while but I finally got fed up with it. I have checked the zones and it isn't going by the same zone twice on the controller. Anyone know what this could be?

The only time I see something like this is if a second start time is set or a second program with the same zones is set to run. Try going through the clock again checking for any duplicated watering. Since the pro-c has three programs with four start times for each it's easy to miss something.
