Rain Bird T-rotor stuck

I have one head in my system that is stuck. It is a T-Bird rotor with T-40 nozzle (3.0). It sprays water but does not rotate.

Is this something that is easily fixed or should it be replaced (about three years old)?

I have looked on line but have not had any luck finding this particular unit. Does anyone know its current replacement part? Also, a good source of parts?

Sounds like the gear drive went, replace it if you can find it and it should work fine. That's about the only problem you will ever have with rotors.

10 minute job. Just take it out and go to your nearest sprinkler supply house. They will give you the exact replacement and the correct nozzle. Probably even adjust it for you. Might cost 5 dollars more than HOMERDEPOT, but well worth the difference in expertise. The highschool kids that work in the big boxes won't know a thing.
