I just finished a drip irrigation project for my wife and it works great. The only thing I would change is to move where I put the transfer barbs into the main line (for aesthetics)

I know i have some options (such as replacing that section of mainline tubing with a fresh section), but the best way would be if I could remove the transfer barb alltogether.

So the question (finally):

... is there any way to remove a transfer barb from the mainline tubing? Goof plugs seem to be only for fixing the hole itself, but I don't see any way to remove the barb once it is in.
