Can I Water Plants with.............................

We have a large pond with a skimmer. When I clean the skimmer filters, I save the runoff and make soupy water to water plants in my garden. Is this water good for every flower....and should I only use this way of watering every so often or can I always water with the green water and excess pond water? Thanks for your time to answer.
