Are you aware of the flow needed for each zone? My guess is that you are over taxing your well at some point. If your bladder tank level is going down and the well can't keep up with filling it. You need to check your well drawdown as you pump. Do you have a surface pump that is pulling the water from the well? A surface suction type pump can only create suction about 12 to 15' before experiencing problems with holding the prime on the pump. jet pump are better a this type of operation and of course the submersible is the best but won't fit in your well size. Your system has to be absolutely air tight which is not an easy thing to do and keep over time. GL Aloha.
