You may need to find an irrigation supply house to get the fitting but Rain Bird makes something called an EMT-6XERI. It has a 1/2" female threaded inlet and six 1/4" barbed outlets. You can use one outlet or all six. Your hardware store should be able to get you from your hose thread to 1/2" pipe thread (male). You should use a pressure reducer to bring your pressure down to about 30 psi.

Be careful with that 1/4" drip line - its great stuff but not pressure compensated. That means it will put out more water at the inlet then it will at the end of the run. The 6" spacing should only be run about 15 feet and the 12" spacing about 30 feet to keep the output even over the whole length of the drip line.

Look for Horizon they are Landscape Professional Supplier they will have every thing that you need. They have stores in Arizona. You can get pressure compensating emitters that will help you get the same amount of water at each emitter.

thanks! that sounds like the best idea I've heard. about
the pressure regulator, it probably is a good idea. I did not realize the 1/4" hose was not pressure compensated.
live and learn...the 1/2" would have worked out better.
