Ran a sprinkler for the 1st time yesterday after sowing a new lawn. Left it running for a couple of hours and managed to drain all pressure from the well pressure tank (had to reset it to have a shower). I was wondering whether it was possible to have a separate pressure tank just for irrigation purposes (without having to drill a new well, and which would bypass the water softener etc), and which would enable higher pressure to be used and last a bit longer.
