Anyone make 15' Sprinkler Heads on 40-60 psi

Does anyone know of sprinkler heads (spray or rotor) that work around 12-15' and can be run at 40-60 psi (or less, if I add a pressure regulator)?

I've got a yard full of 20 worn out Orbit Voyager II's that have the distance screws so far down that they are running at 15' radius and pumping out way too much water. (They are supposed to be run at a 20'-45' radius.)

As a trial, I replaced the 2 heads with Orbit Saturn III's with the standard green nozzles (15'-25' radius). The pamphlet says:

Green Nozzle: 50 psi - 30 ft - 3.4 gpm
Green Nozzle: 30 psi - 28 ft - 2.5 gpm
Red Nozzle: 50 psi - 18 ft - 0.85 gpm
Red Nozzle: 30 psi - 17 ft - 0.64 gpm

So even the red nozzle is 3' farther than what I need.

I'm guessing I should find some spray-style heads. Anyone have advice for 15' coverage?
