Poly pipe types

Greetings

I am going to do an install of a sprinkler system in my home with 1" poly pipe from the valves onward.

The LD poly pipe clearly can't take high pressure, better used for drip. Any difference between the MD and HD pipe? The MD seems more flexible so would be easier to pull around corners, perhaps? I am choosing Poly over PVC so that I can pull the pipe into an existing yard, in some areas by hand by slotting with a spade.

MD or HD anyone?

PS. I was also struggling to buy what are thought to be the "best" types of pipe - US Poly eagle tough green stripe, centennial turf green - in retailers or online. Anyone know a place in the SF Bay Area one can pick it up?
