Drip Line Juncture Coming Loose

defurr

I have a long set of drip lines that run the length of the side of my house, probably 30 feet. Midway through, a juncture surfaces and sticks up above the ground for some reason. This juncture consists of two hoses/drip lines with a double-female piece about four inches joining them, and it keeps coming apart, I guess from the water pressure.

Can I or should I use something like PVC glue to join these three pieces, so this does not happen?
