You are a little harsh toward Irritrol. Why is that? The video had the pink cut out only for a short part of the video and the pointer without the cutout seemed to point better than the pink cutout. Aloha

Why he took the pink arrow off I cannot know the reason for that. But if you clearly look at 2:22 of the video when he turns the dial to run valve #5 you see the pink pointer directly on the #5. Later in the video at 5:40 thru 5:55 when the pink pointer is taken off, you see when he turns the embossed pointer to valves numbers 1,2,3,4 clearly the embossed pointer is not pointing to indicator line but it kind of offset to the left. I like my Rain Dial by Irritrol but someone in quality control dropped the ball when letting this fault get thru.
