I am new to housing and have a sprinkler problem. I am getting no water to any of the sprinkler heads.

Recently we had a water supply pipe leak under our house. The city came out and turned it off, but I think they may have turned off my main sprinkler valve, as well. I have a Toro Freetime 8 sprinkler system. There are 2 handles in the Valve control box, and I spent a considerable amount of time turning both. One won't stop turning no matter what. The other seems to bottom out when turning left, and "top out," when turning right. There are 4 small "open close" levers in the valve control, as well. All of these release water when they are set to open.

Am I missing something? Did my plumber or the city turn something that kille dmy sprinkler system? Everything seemed to be working until then.
