The left is preset so to speak. manually turn the turret to the left then when you install the head you line up the left where you want it. You can then adjust to the right.

Its already installed, but I have to take it out of the ground? Or is there another way I can do it? Thanks.

if you can just tighten it in the ground with the turret in the leftmost postion until it lines up where you want it. otherwise you'll have to back it off.
