Low pressure on sprinklers

I've recently noticed my sprinklers are not spraying with the same pressure as a couple of months ago. Called the City and no change in water pressure noted. Is there a down and dirty way to tell if one of the RainBird (6 Zone) sprinklers is leaking? It appears other sprinklers also have low pressure, which baffles me. Or do I need some way to lubricate the pop-ups?

All sprinklers on all zones have weak pressure? If so it is likely a supply issue ie meter not open all the way or a master valve isn't fully opening.
