Drip irrigation fertilizer question

I an switching to a drip system for my 20' x 30' vegi garden.
In the past years, I fertilized with miracle grow, using a watering can.
With the drip system, I was thinking of buying a fertilizer injector for it.
A few questions.
Can I use the miracle grow granular fertilizer, or what should I use?
How should I determine how much fertilizer to use?
Any recommended fertilizer injectors? Hand made setup?
It's planting season down here in FL.

Use GW Search and look for "Fertilizer Injectors". Plenty info and opinions including my own. Aloha

RE: Drip irrigation fertilizer question

fm,

Thank you for providing that info. The info was very complete. It also serves to illustrate that you can take a simple process of fertilizing your lawn by hand and turn it into a complicated and costly process with any number of parts that can have problems and make it difficult to discern was fertilizer rate you are applying to the plants. Also over time will clog your drip irrigation system with precipitated salts. JMHO Aloha
