did you try unplugging it for a minute.Sometimes the 'brains" on those timers get confused if they experience a power surge.Unplugging and plugging back in resets them

I am having the exact same problem after a thuderstorm and the new fuse I put it gets VERY hot quckly and actualy turn a littel oragne on part of it..I unplugged and left it for angiht adn plugged back in adn it still stays on even in the OFF position.
