installing irrigation systems

could anyone advise or perhaps recommend someone who is familiar with installing irrigation systems in NYC?

I have checked estelle and they are over priced not to mention their maintenance plans.

I have a roof deck on the upper west side of the city, i had lost most of my plants due to long absence from home and had decided it might be the only solution to eliminate further disasters.

any idea?
