Man, What a concept. I would think a dialogue with your local city's water dept. Especially the expert that runs the remote reading system could help you. This seems a very narrow group of people with this expertise. People with familiarity with their collection system like the guys who sold them their system and software. You can do the same thing by reading your meter physically every day and record the reading and flow rate. Aloha

rbig - It doesn't send data constantly, it stores and sends on request from the reading device. The meter's hardware will only respond to a specially coded pulse from the water company's reading system.
