Thai Hot Chili.....

...in bloom! This pepper was over-wintered in my kitchen's south facing window. I pruned her back hard in February and here she is today :)

We absolutely love these little plants! They are such huge producers with each plant having over 100 chilies. Very easy to dry and pound into flakes. Besides that I still have a freezer full :)

Here is a pic of these peppers still producing on October 16th...they were still going strong long after a September frost killed all the other peppers!
