Now that I'm a devoted edible sprout gardener (thanks Kathy!), my boss has convinced me to grow wheatgrass and juice it. I have had shots of it before and it's not bad. My boss took classes at a health institute and has lost a lot of weight with her vegan/raw diet. I am not that dedicated, but I would like to add wheatgrass juice to my diet.

I love the Sproutpeople site and bought a starter kit there and then found a basic crank juicer from another source. Anyone else juice the grass?
