Haven't seen you around in a few - all OK? Saw your reference to a new puppy on another thread - he/she keeping you busy? Care to share on what you got?

pvick: It's been crazy here the last few weeks. I'm OK--the new boy is a great asset. "Big Dee" is warming up to him and playing like she's 5 years old.

I went with a Sheltie. I've had Dobies for the last 15 years--all obedience trained--so I have this thing for canine intelligence. But now, I need smarts in a smaller package that I can handle.

Here's Fergus Mac Dougall:

Wah!!!! I can't see the pic of Fergus :(

Love that Big Dee is playing like she's 5, too cute!
Glad you're ok Prof, I was wondering too. How's your garden going? With all the rain, cooler temps and now some good sun, things are really taking off south of the canal :)
Take care,
Waving to PVick!!!

Wavin' back at ya, shore!

So Prof, it's Fergus Mac Dougall, huh? Nice dog; had a friend who had one. Quite a size diff from the Dobie; Big Dee probably thinks he's a toy. Glad to hear they're getting along well.

And happy grooming - lot of hair, those Shelties!

Looking forward to seeing you back on the forum ....

Gotta love those shelties! They really are wonderful dogs! I also have a thing for boarder collies, so darn smart!!

Our dog Spot is a "Lil-Bit"... lil bit of this, lil bit of that...
